@aj_avitabile

Ok i took a few days off for personal reasons, but I'm going to try my best and be consistent again. Whether it be having a different athlete a day on the blog OR give a break down of what my workouts are looking like. Today's blog is featuring @aj_avitabile "1. what motivated you to get started training


I started training at a very young age of 11 years old. I grew up in a big football family. Most weekend were spent at my older cousins football games. My father was a great running back that played for Notre Dame. I was just trying to be the best athlete I could be to live up to my last name.


2. What keeps you motivated 

The fear of being average

3. What's your favorite muscle group to train

Back and legs baby!

4. What exercises do you do to target those muscles

T Bar Rows for back is my absolute favorite exercise because you can go super heavy and get a big pump or always drop the weight and focus on squeezing the muscle contractions. I love pyramiding my T Bar Rows. And of course Squats for legs. I love the feeling of being scared or challenged. With squats there's always a whole lot that could go wrong. I pride myself on form and breathing when it comes to this exercise."
