Bad ideas

I tend to have many bad ideas. For instance, I thought that training legs today after being in heels for 7 hours last night was smart, not smart, very bad idea. I'm pretty sure my toes will be numb for the next 2 days now. But I did have an amazing workout

Today's workout:

Squats:
65 lbs 20 reps
85 lbs 20 reps
115 lbs 12 reps (2 sets)
125 lbs 8 reps
135 lbs 6 reps
145 lbs 4 reps

Hip adduction:
60 lbs 20 reps
Repeat 5 X's

Hip abduction:
60 lbs 20 reps
Repeat 5 X's

Leg press:
217 lbs 20 reps
267 lbs 15 reps (5 sets)

Hack squat:
155 lbs 12 reps
Repeat 5 X's

Elliptical 45 mins
