Five years ago, I never imagined myself where I am today. I have always played some type of sport in my life, but I never put my all into it after my accident. So at one point I never imagined myself running again. And looking back now I am blessed. Today I was able to not only train, but also run 4 miles. I know, crazy right? But honestly I am so proud of how far I have come in my journey.
Today's workout:
Leg circuit:
Squats: 50 lbs barbell 20 reps
Box jumps: 20 reps
Bulgarian split squat: 50 lbs barbell 10 reps per leg
Squat jacks: 20 reps
Repeat 5 X's
Hyperextension: 25 lbs plate 20 reps
Goblet squats: 27.5 lb dumbbell 20 reps
Repeat 5 X's
Cardio:
Ran 4 miles
