Basically

Sometimes I hate training with a guy because they tend to focus on workouts that I don't necessarily focus on. But it's all good. I killed it as always. 

Today's workout:

Smith machine Front press:
85 degree bench
35 lbs 15 reps
Repeat 5 X's 
65 degree chair
35 lbs 15 reps
Repeat 5 X's
45 degree chair
35 lbs 15 reps
Repeat 5 X's
20 degree chair press:
35 lbs 15 reps
Repeat 5 X's

Flat bench over head tricep extension:
20 lbs 20 reps
Repeat 5 X's 

Elliptical: 32 mins
