I train legs twice a week

So I love training. I train 6 days a week and that offers me the opportunity to train every body part twice a week. Which honestly I love. Not a lot of people like to do that, but it works for me. And many people don't hit legs like that, but I do. One day is for heavy lifting while the other day I usually will do some resistance, light weight, or body weight training. So I guess that's my secret. I've been asked many times how I get my back side the way I do and that's it I guess. 

Today's workout: 

Squats:
65 lbs 10 reps pause 30 secs 10 reps
85 lbs 20 reps
105 lbs 15 reps (2sets)
125 lbs 12 reps 
Goblet squats:
30 lbs 20 reps after each squat set
Repeat 5 X's

Leg extension:
55 lbs 15 reps
Repeat 5 X's 

Calf raises: 
85 lbs 20 reps
Repeat 5 X's 

Hamstring curls:
60 lbs 12 reps
Repeat 5 X's

Hip abductions:
60 lbs 20 reps
Repeat 5 X's

Hip adduction:
60 lbs 20 reps
Repeat 5 X's

Elliptical 36 mins
