Cable kick back
Set:1-3: 27.5 12 reps per leg
Set4: 32.5 8 reps per leg
Set5:27.5: 12 reps per leg
Cable squats:5 sets
42.5 lbs 20reps
Weighted Step ups: 5 sets 12 reps per leg 2 X's 10 lb plates
Dead lift: 5 sets 10 reps 50 lbs barbell
