Eat clean!

So I don't necessarily eat poorly, but I haven't been eating as healthy as I used too. I feel like I'm only holding myself back and I truly want to see differences in my body before summer time. So I'm going to really focus myself. 

Today's workout:
Elliptical warm up: 13 mins

Incline bench press:
50 lbs 10 reps
40 lbs 10 reps
30 lbs 10 reps
20 lbs 10 reps
Repeat 5 X's 

Cable tricep extension:
40 lbs 20 reps 
Repeat 5 X's 

Flat dumbbell chest press: 
12.5 lbs 20 reps
Repeat 5 X's 

Laying tricep extension:
15 lbs 12 reps
Repeat 5 X's 

Stairs: 22 mins
