Laying hammer curl to bicep curl:
4 sets 8 reps 12.5 lbs
Cable row:
4 sets: 55 lbs 12 reps
Single arm spider curl:
4 sets 8 reps per arm 10 lbs
Single arm isolation curl:
4 sets 12 reps per arm 10 lbs
