Overhead squats: 4 sets 15 reps 50 lbs barbell
Split squats: 4 sets 20 reps
Step ups: 4 sets 8 reps per leg 2Xs 10 lb Dumbbells
Hip thrusts: 4 sets 20 reps 50 lbs barbell
