I'm sure you've noticed that I changed my blog a bit. I removed the comments section on my blog. There were some comments coming in that I was not ok with from people that don't need to be contacting me. I'm sorry that it has to affect everyone, I will however, keep posting on my blog as often as I'm training. Also because of this situation, I'm not going to be posting my progress pictures on here but my PRIVATE Instagram account, if you follow me there, I will accept.

Barbell curls:

Dumbbell curls:
2 X's 12.5 lbs 10 reps per arm
Repeat 5 X's
Face pulls:
50 lbs 15 reps
E z bar Barbell curls:
20 lbs till failure
Repeat 4 X's
Cardio: elliptical 35 mins
