Too tired

Today I was too tired for cardio. I almost skipped out on the gym all together. Honestly I just was not in the mood for it and that happens sometimes. You won't want to do cardio, or always eat right, and that's ok. Your progress will carry on as long as you just hit a little bump in the road and not sticking to eating poorly and training less. 


Today's workout:


Cable cross over:

40 lbs 12 reps

Tricep pushdown:

60 lbs 15 reps

Repeat 5 X's


Flat bench press:

30 lbs 20 reps

Skull crusher:

20 lbs 20 reps

Repeat 5 X's


Tricep extension:

25 lbs 20 reps

Repeat 5 X's



Single arm tricep extension machine:

30 lbs 12 reps per arm

Repeat 5 X's
