I've been pushing myself very hard. Especially with my eating. I'm so happy with how far I've come this far and I'm already down 5 lbs. it's an amazing feeling I cannot wait till these 3 months are over! Flat bench press machine:

Over tricep extension:
30 lbs 15 reps
Repeat 5 X's
Tricep extension:
50 lbs 20 reps
Reverse curl:
40 lbs 15 reps
Repeat 5 X's
Cardio:
Elliptical 30 mins
Treadmill 15 mins
