Getting it

So today is the first day of eating healthy again. I weighed in at 138 lbs which is 10 lbs heavier than I was. I want to at the least lose the 10 lbs I have gained the past few months. I have pictures from today and every week I'll post progress pictures every week starting next week. This is going to be going on for 12 weeks. 


Today's workout:


Flat bench press:

35 lbs 15 reps

Incline bench press:

35 lbs 15 reps

Repeat 4 X's


Cable extensions:

50 lbs 15 reps

Overhead tricep extension:

40 lbs 20 reps

Repeat 5 X's


Pec fly:

45 lbs 15 reps

Chest press machine:

30 15 reps

Repeat 4 X's


Tricep overhead dumbbell extension:

20 lbs 15 reps

Single arm extensions:

7.5 lbs 12 reps per arm

Repeat 5 X's


Single arm tricep extension:

20 lbs 10 reps per arm

Repeat 5 X's


Cardio:

Elliptical 35 mins

Treadmill 10 mins
