Focused

I'm loving finding my way back to the gym. Yes I never stopped training, but I was losing my drive. I'm more focused than ever and I'm truly just trying to get back into it like before. I truly love this and will make it a part of my life as long as I'm healthy enough to. 


Today's workout:


Cable cross over:

30 lbs 15 reps

Repeat 4 X's


Tricep cable push down:

30 lbs 12 reps

Repeat 5 X's


Reverse curl tricep extension:

40 lbs 15 reps

Repeat 5 X's


Skull crusher:

30 lbs 15 reps

Dumbbell kick back:

12.5 lbs 12 reps per arm

Repeat 5 X's


Cardio:

Elliptical: HIIT 30 mins/10 mins cool down
