Circuits

So I'm going back to some of my old ways of working out. I use to incorporate a ton of little circuits and they were amazing. So I'm going to incorporate them back into my workouts! 


Today's workout:


Hack squat: 12-15 reps

105 lbs 1 set

125 lbs 3 set

155 lbs 1 set

Superset:

Free weight squats:

60 lbs 20 reps 5 sets


Box jumps:

20 reps

Cable kick backs:

22.5 lbs 10 reps per leg

Cable pull through:

27.5 lbs 20 reps

Repeat 4 X's


Cardio:

Elliptical: 40 mins
