Focused!

In a week of eating healthy I've seen significant changes in my body. I wish I was going to post the transformation pictures here, but I just am not feeling comfortable with that. Today's workout:


Pec fly:

45 lbs 20 reps

Seated chest press machine:

25 lbs 15 reps

Repeat 5 X's


Cable push downs:

50 lbs 20 reps

Cable over head extension:

40 lbs 12 reps

Repeat 5 X's


Dumbbell pull over:

20 lbs 15 reps

Repeat 5 X's


Dumbbell extension:

20 lbs 20 reps

Repeat 5 X's


Cardio:

Elliptical: 35 mins
