Seated chest press machine:
25 lbs 15 reps
Repeat 5 X's
Cable push downs:
50 lbs 20 reps
Cable over head extension:
40 lbs 12 reps
Repeat 5 X's
Dumbbell pull over:
20 lbs 15 reps
Repeat 5 X's
Dumbbell extension:
20 lbs 20 reps
Repeat 5 X's
Cardio:
Elliptical: 35 mins
