I'm back

Pushed it to a new level today. I haven't worked this hard in a long time and I'm LOVING it. I'm feeling my love for the gym again. I truly have never dedicated myself to something like this since I was a kid and it feels great. I love being healthy and knowing what I can do and how I can push myself. 


Today's workout:


Hip abductions:

70 lbs 15 reps

Repeat 5 X's


Hip adduction:

70 lbs 15 reps

Repeat 5 X's


Squats:

105 lbs 15 reps

Box jumps:

20 reps

Repeat 4 X's


Squats:

Heavy set 155 lbs 5 reps


Mini circuit:

Hyper extension:

25 lbs 15 reps

Kettle bell swings:

25 lbs 15 reps

Squat jacks:

15 reps

Repeat 5 X's


Cardio:

Treadmill elevated 15 % for 45 mins
