I've literally been so tired lately I don't even know why. But I'm still getting in the gym and trying my best. I'm not sure why, but I just haven't had the energy and momentum for the gym like I did a few months ago. I really need to crack down and just get back to where I was because this is not going to stay like this. I'm going to get where I want to be. No doubts in my mind about that.

Single arm diverging lat pulldown:
40 lbs 12 reps per arm

Ez bar l-curls:
5 reps mid point up
5 reps bottom to mid point
5 full reps
Repeat 5 X's
Concentration curls:
2 X's 12.5 lbs 10 reps per arm
Repeat 5 X's
Cardio: 32 mins
