My arms are still shaking from today's workout! I currently weighed in at 135 which felt amazing seeing my hard work paying off already. I'm so happy to be. Ack in the zone and focused on bettering myself!
Today's workout:
Lat pull down:
55 lbs 15 reps
Repeat 5 X's
Cable curls:
50 lbs 12 reps
Repeat 5 X's
Lat pushdown:
60 lbs 15 reps
Repeat 5 X's
Dumbbell row:
22.5 lbs 12 reps
Repeat 5 X's
Ez bar curl:
30 lbs 12 reps
Hammer curls:
2 X's 15 lbs 10 reps per arm
Repeat 4 X's
Cardio:
Stairs 20 mins intervals from level 10-20 per min, 2 level increase
Treadmill: 16 min cool down
