Have you ever felt like dam why isn't this working? Yeah, so did I. I was training and training with no real results and I was mad. I wanted see the results I'd been working so diligently toward. So I decided to change it up a bit. And not, I can honestly see the definition of muscle, I feel leaner, and look less bloated. I bet you're wondering how, and the truth is I've been drinking more water. Weird? No, water actually helps you absorb more vitamins, flushes your body out, and even lessens bloating. It's crazy how one little change can take your progress that much further.

Assisted pull ups:

50 lbs 15 reps (3 sets)
50 lbs burn out
Superset with barbell curls:
30 lbs 12 reps

Elliptical 20 mins
Stairs 20 mins
