Honestly the scale is my worst enemy. I bought a scale and things went down hill. Now I can't focus on actually just busting my ass in the gym because I'm so fixated on that number. I can't stop worrying about that number. I've even had to force myself to only step on it once a week. I'm not sure why but it makes things so much worse. Do NOT FIXATE ON THE SCALE I PROMISE IT BECOMES A SICKNESS!

Cable tricep extension drop set:
60 lbs 10 reps
50 lbs 10 reps
40 lbs 10 reps
Repeat 5 X's
Over head tricep extension:
50 lbs 15 reps
Repeat 5 X's
Seated dumbbell extension:
20 lbs 20 reps
Repeat 5 X's
Skull crushers:
20 lbs 30 reps
Repeat 5 X's
Cardio:
Treadmill steep elevations 30 mins
