As I sit here and contemplate what I think people want to read I'm just going to be real. Honestly, I just want to keep pushing through this. I want to work so hard that I reach my goals and can say that I worked hard for this. I don't want to do this for anyone but myself. I want to be able to inspire people through my journey. I want to be so focused that one day I'm shocked by my own progress. I'm no different than anyone else. And if I can do this and be this committed you can too.

Squats:
105 lbs 8 reps
115 lbs 8 reps
125 lbs 8 reps
135 lbs 8 reps (2 sets)
Walking lunges: drop set
20 lbs 10 reps per leg
15 lbs 10 reps per leg
Leg press:
20 wide press reps
20 narrow press reps
Cable pull through:
32.5 lbs 15 reps
Repeat 3 X's
Hyperextension:
25 lbs weight 20 reps
Goblet squat:
27.5 lbs 20 reps
Repeat 5 X's
Cardio:
Stairs intervals 30 mins
Treadmill 15 mins
