No cardio

Today I decided that I did not want to do cardio. I trained very vigorously and was feeling tired so I decided to skip it. I love being in the gym and training but I have to remind myself and sometimes I have to love my body a bit more. So today, I skipped cardio. And I'm so happy with that decision. It's ok to not have a perfect routine. And you don't have to overdue it. I have to constantly remind myself that I need take it easy some days. And I don't know how to do that really, I really do overdue it more times than I should. That's ok though because I'm trying to find the balance for myself. 


Today's workout:


Barbell squats:

60 lbs 15 reps

Box jumps:

20 reps

Repeat 5 X's 


Sit down squats:

65 lbs 15 reps

115 lbs 10 reps (3 sets)

125 lbs 10 reps


Leg press:

5 sets 15 reps


Cable pull through:

50 lbs 15 reps (3 sets)

60 lbs 15 reps (2 sets)


Calf raises in leg press:

100 lbs till failure

Repeat 3 X's
