Changes

Some days are easier than others. But good news! I'm working on an official website that I'll have up soon. Please stay tuned. Also give me feedback on what you guys think so far. I would love to hear it. My Twitter and Instagram are both @getsavyy now since I am starting a new site I may change the name. Let me know ideas.

Pec fly:

55 lbs 12 reps

Repeat 5 X's


Chest press machine:

30 lbs 15 reps

Repeat 5 X's


Overhead tricep extension:

55 lbs 12 reps

Repeat 5 X's


Cable tricep extension:

50 lbs 12 reps

Repeat 5 X's


Tricep assisted dips:

30 lbs 12 reps

Dumbbell tricep extension:

20 lbs 12 reps

Repeat 5 X's


Cardio:

Treadmill 30 mins power walk/run
