Your workouts don't always have to consist of every exercise in the book. Pick a few you know you can destroy and KILL it. Since I train legs twice a week I try to keep on leg day moderate. On Saturday I'm going to DESTROY my legs. I plan on doing 10 sets of 20-25 reps for a moderate weight on squats. It's not always about being the hardest worker in the gym, but more about giving your best. Don't quit. Don't focus on others. Keep pushing forward and keep your eye on the prize you'll succeed.

Sit down squats:
85 lbs 20 reps
Reverse hack squats:
105 lbs 12 reps
Repeat 5 X's
Leg press:
5 sets 15-20 reps
Barbell squats:
50 lbs 20 reps repeat 5 X's
Hip thrust:
50 lbs 20 reps
Repeat 4 X's
Cardio:
Treadmill 25 mins incline power walk
