Results

Two a days have been doing me well. I can honestly say I'm seeing the results I've been wanting to see! It's such an amazing feeling looking in the mirror and seeing the hard work pay of. I'm actually really surprised. It's been 3 weeks and if it's going to be this good on results I'm going to keep this up for as long as it takes!


Today's workout:


Flat bench press machine:

40 lbs 15 reps

Repeat 4 X's


Incline bench press machine:

40 lbs 15 reps

Repeat 4 X's


Seated dumbbell over head extension:

25 lbs 12 reps

Cable tricep push down:

25 lbs 12 reps

Repeat 5 X's


Over head tricep extension:

30 lbs 15 reps

Repeat 4 X's


Reverse curls:

50 lbs 15 reps

Tricep cable extension:

45 lbs 12 reps

Repeat 5 X's


Cardio:

Elliptical: 30 mins

Treadmill: 12 mins
