Jumping lunges: 4 sets 20 reps
Hyper extension: 4 sets 20 reps 25 lb plate
Split squats: 4 sets 20 reps
Hack Squats:
Sets 1-2: 15 reps 50 lbs
Sets 3-4: 10 reps 100 lbs
