Leg curls: 4 sets 10 reps 50 lbs
Walking dumb bell lunges: 4 sets 10 reps per leg 2X15 lb Dumbbells
Sit down squats: 4 sets 20 reps 50 lb barbell
Jump squats: 4 sets 20 reps
Cable squats: 4 sets 20 reps 42.5 lbs
Cable kick backs: 4 sets
Sets1-3: 10 reps 27.5 lbs
Set4: 12 reps 22.5 lbs
Squats: 4 sets 20 reps 50 lb barbell
Split squats: 4 sets 20 reps
