Cable curl: 4 sets 20 reps 22.5 lbs
Cable side raises: 4 sets 8 reps per arm 12.5 lbs
Cable extension: 4 sets 15 reps 22.5 lbs
Face pulls: 4 sets 15 reps 22.5 lbs
Dumbbell shoulder press: 4 sets 12 reps 12.5 lbs
Cardio: 21 min elliptical
