Power hours

So Saturday's are my favorite! I love the fact that I have to power through my workout. I literally destroy my legs, but it is the best feeling ever! 

Today's workout:
Squats: 4 sets 20 reps 50 lbs
Jump squats: 4 sets 20 reps
Box jumps: 4 sets 16 reps
Bulgarian split squats: 4 sets 8 reps per leg 50 lb barbell
Cable kick backs: 4 sets 6 reps 27.5 lbs 
Cable squats: 4 sets 20 reps 42.5 lbs
Goblet squats: 4 sets 20 reps 27.5 lbs
Split squats: 4 sets 20 reps
