Hyper extension: 4 sets 20 reps 25 lb plate
Glute bridge: 4 sets 20 reps 50 lb barbell
Jump squats: 4 sets 20 reps
Box jumps: 4 sets 18 reps
Split squats: 4 sets 20 reps
Kettle bell swings: 4 sets 20 reps 24 lb plate
