Cable shoulder raises: 4 sets 12 reps an arm 12.5 lbs
Cable tricep extension: 4 sets 12 reps 27.5 lbs
Cable curls: 4 sets 12 reps 12.5 lbs
Cardio: elliptical 25 mins intervals
