Hyper extension:
4 sets 20 reps 25 lb plate
Smith machine squats:
Sets 1-2 50 lb 20 reps
Sets 3-4 100 lb 10 reps
Sets 5 150 lbs 8 reps
Sets 6 160 lbs 8 reps
